If you contact us about an order you have made, please use the same email address you have used when placing your order.
This number should not be confused with the JAF application number.

⚠️ Before contacting us: Customs fees for receiving your driver's license translation are uncommon, as we always declare the contents of our shipments as non-commercial. If this occurs, we recommend contacting your local postal service or customs office to dispute the charges, explaining that the document is an official translation with no commercial value.

⚠️ Before contacting us: Print codes for self-service printing at 7-Eleven are valid for 7 days. However, we automatically regenerate new codes upon expiration and send them to you via email, until you print your translation. There is nothing you have to do, and there is no concern to have regarding the validity of a print code when you will arrive in Japan.
