You can find a nearby 7-Eleven store by searching on Google Maps here or by using the English version of 7-Eleven’s website here. We recommend using Google Maps as it is more convenient and can be used directly from the Google Maps app.
Step 1: Operate the Multi-Copier Screen
At 7-Eleven stores, locate and operate the multi-copier screen.
Step 2: Change language
You can change the language by clicking on the button in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Select “Print” → “netprint”
On the multi-copy machine at the 7-Eleven store, select “Print” and then “netprint.”
Step 4: Enter the 8-Digit Code
Read the notes and press “OK.” On the next screen, enter the 8-digit alphanumeric characters you confirmed on the “Driver’s License Translation Application Site.” After entering, press “OK.”
Step 5: Print Setting Screen
Step 6: Wait for Printing
Please wait until the printing is complete. (Do not press “Cancel.”) When printing is complete, remove the paper and press “End.”
Check the total number of sheets (it should be 2 at least) and be careful not to forget to remove the paper.
That’s it! You’ve successfully printed your driver’s license translation at 7-Eleven.
Most of the time, if there is an issue, it is because your printing code has expired, you can ask for a new one by contacting us.
You can contact the JAF customer service center directly from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm every day, using this phone number: +81 570-00-2811. You will have to give them the application number we shared with you by email (it is different form your order number).
